And because I am cutting back on rice intake, I prepared
something that I have been craving for a week now.
One whole tomato, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and dried oregano
goes into the microwave for a minute just to soften the tomato.
Assemble them with slices of cheese then into the grill until the grill marks appear.
This would be more amazing with fresh basil and roasted red bell peppers in it.
Dinner is served.
